Shipping and Delivery
At Lumen Attic we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Most items will reach you within 1-2 weeks, though delivery may take up to 4 weeks. Please be patient as your order is shipped from various international locations such as Taiwan, Russia, Turkey, and Thailand, thanks to our direct partnerships in these regions.
Tracking and Order Processing:
Your tracking number may take up to one business day to become active after placing your order. Once your order is in the processing stage, it may not be possible to make changes or cancellations. Should you need to make changes, please follow the Return/Exchange process outlined on your packing slip or contact Guest Services for assistance.
Exceptions and Restrictions Rural Delivery/APO/FPO/Guam/Puerto Rico/PO Box
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than usual. Items ordered together might ship separately, and express delivery is not available. There is no delivery on holidays.
Tracking
Lumen Attic can only provide tracking information up to the initial point of delivery. For further tracking details, please contact your local USPS, PO Box location, or military mail station.
Duties and Taxes
Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees. If these charges are applied, they are the responsibility of the package recipient and will be billed by the local Customs office. You may be contacted by your local carrier prior to delivery to settle any outstanding duties, taxes, or fees.
Customs Information
